While milk is Wisconsin’s official state beverage, the Brandy Old-Fashioned, Sweet, is its Friday night fish-fry stand-in. Our favorite restaurants in the state that serve them include Norwood Pines in Minocqua, the Lake Beulah Country Club in East Troy, and Smokey’s in Manitowish Waters. We’ve tested a few recipes over time,
